Characteristics

-       Cancer has formed with a tumor not larger than 2 cm but has not spread outside the breast.

-       Clusters of cancer cells are found in lymph nodes inside the breast.

Signs/symptoms

-       In some cases, a painless, hard lump or mass in the breast. However, you and your doctor may not be able to feel tumors that are less than 8 mm.

Detection

-       Mammograms, self-breast examinations, clinical breast examinations (by a doctor)

Treatment

-       Mastectomy

-       Lumpectomy + radiotherapy

-       Lumpectomy alone

-       Hormonal therapy (for people with hormone-receptor-positive cancer)

Here I will just write simply about breast cancer stages, detection and treatment options. This is just for general information, if you want more detail explanation please ask a doctor.

Stage 0

Characteristic

-       Abnormal cells found in the milk ducts or milk-producing glands.

-       However, these cells have not spread beyond the ducts or glands

Sign/Symptoms

-       Usually little or no symptoms

Detection

-       Mammograms

Treatment options

-       Lumpectomy (removal of lump) if localized.

-       Mastectomy (removal of breast) if found in multiple sites.

-       Often, radiotherapy is used.

Bleach Manga

The main character is Kurosaki Ichigo, 15 years old who live in a small town called Karakura. He can see spirits since he was small and didn’t care much about them. One day he met Kuchiki Rukia who is a shinigami (Death Angel) and that change his life forever. He was attacked by Hollow (Evil Spirit) and in order to save his family, Ichigo agreed to absorb Rukia power to become a shinigami and defeat the Hollow. After the incident, Rukia lost all of her power and had threatened Ichigo to do all shinigami jobs which mean destroying Hollows in Karakura town. At first, he didn’t much dedicate himself to do shinigami’s job but later when he met his mother murderer who is also a Hollow which makes him devoted to protect Karakura town from Hollows.

When everything seems alright for Ichigo suddenly Rukia has left Ichigo’s house and leaving her note that she had to return to Soul Society (Places where the spirits gone when died). Ichigo went after Rukia but only had been stopped by other shinigami who were Renji and Rukia’s brother Kuchiki Byakuya. Ichigo was easily defeated by Byakuya and Rukia followed her brother to Soul Society. Rukia was sentenced death because of her action transferring her power to human and Ichigo was determined to save her. Ichigo undergo intensive training to level up himself before went to Soul Society with his friends Inoue, Ishida and Chad. There he went some great battles with lieutenant and leader shinigami from different groups. In Soul Society there exist 13 groups or divisions who protect it from harm. These 13 groups are the pillar of Soul Society and each group has their own function or jobs. Without the 13 groups, Soul Society will finish. Ichigo had to fight with almost all the 13 group’s leader in order to rescue Rukia but at that time Ichigo was still weak and therefore gone training to achieve Bankai (Special Move).

Ichigo had to fight again with Byakuya and finally defeated him and convince him to stop the death sentence on Rukia. When everything seems over, Aizen Sousuke, one of the 13 group’s leader came out and try to kill Rukia. It seems that Rukia body was hiding something that Aizen want which is Hougyoku (a small stone that can grant any wish). Aizen has fooled everyone in the Soul Society in helping him achieve his goal which is Hougyoku. He then escaped with his 2 group leader accomplices to Hyuko Mundo (Hollow birth’s Place). He became the King in Hyuko Mundo and planning to destroy Karakura town in order to make a Key that can unlock the heaven. This time Ichigo will join forces with Soul Society to stop Aizen.

Bleach is another famous ongoing manga and it is already move to another arc. It is 2 years later after Ichigo defeated Aizen and Ichigo has lost all his power. He is now living a normal live at Karakura town but as always some trouble come along. This time is about his mysterious father who is actually a shinigami just like Ichigo. This arc concentrate about Ichigo family secret and maybe Ichigo will gain back his power. Aizen was locked at Soul Society but not dead because he is invincible. In other word, Bleach will continue on for a much longer time.

Naruto

Naruto is a manga about a young boy name Uzumaki Naruto from a ninja village known as Konoha. He has no parents because they died after he was born, so he doesn't know about parents love. He grew up alone in the world and he was lonely. The village people all stay away from Naruto because they were told to but they also was afraid of Naruto. Inside Naruto was sealed a fox demon which has almost destroyed konoha village. As a result, Naruto was treated as if he was a monster. So, he knew the pain of solitude and in order to cope with it, he do mischievous things in the village to get attention from the people. This is his way to find reason to stay alive. Naruto has a dream which to become Hokage in the village. Hokage is the most respected ninja in the village, it is the same as a president. He want to show to the village that he can become a great man someday. So he started his journey to become a ninja.

He has companions who are Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi. All 4 of them form Team 7. Ninja usually form a group which usually consists of 4 people when they went out to do mission to the village. This is ninja way to earn cash/income by doing mission which consists of different level from F up to S depending on the difficulty. The missions are diverse from finding lost pets to killing a target. Konoha was one of the biggest village in the Naruto world. The world was divided into several parts that been controlled by respective villages. They always been rival between the villages in order to gain more power and clients. The world of ninja was always stuck with the chain of hate. This is the enemy that Naruto has to face.

The manga has proceed quite a long way. Naruto has already 16 years old and he was not a brat anymore. He is more matured and power up quite a lot compare when he was 12 years old. Even though he is still a genin (beginner ninja) but his power well exceed jounin (expect). But he lost his friend Uchiha Sasuke to the darkness. Sasuke left Konoha village and planning to get his revenge by killing all of the Konoha villager. Naruto who has no choice has to face Sasuke in order to stop him from destroying Konoha. Naruto and Sasuke had fought before and Sasuke won by a small margin. Naruto still doesn't give up hope to save his friend Sasuke from darkness. His persistence was amazing even though Sasuke trying to kill him, Naruto still want to save him.

Naruto manga is still ongoing. The latest was there is a war between Akatsuki and the world of ninja. It is known Ninja world war 4. This is the new opening song from its anime which showing metaphor relationship between Naruto and Sasuke.

The End of OneMange

OneManga.com, the largest source of Manga Scanlations (scans of translated manga) on the internet, is to remove all manga content from their site.

The announcement was made suddenly on Thursday (22 July) on the site homepage, by One Manga's webmaster, Zabi. He mentions the changing stance of publishers on scanlations, and his decision to comply with their wishes.

Just weeks earlier 36 major Japanese manga publishers and several American publishers had formed "a coalition to combat the "rampant and growing problem" of scanlations". Among them are publishing giants Square Enix, Viz media and Tokyopop.

The coalition worries that scanlation sites "now host thousands of pirated titles, earning ad revenue and/or membership dues at creators' expense while simultaneously undermining foreign licensing opportunities and unlawfully cannibalizing legitimate sales."

The coalition has also reportedly threatened legal action against 30 scanlation sites.

Square Enix have announced that it is to launch it's own online manga site in the fall, which will be made available to visitors from North America and France. However, it will not be free as they aim to set up a "paid digital distribution channel" to "better serve the varied needs of its global customers". Square Enix is best known for the popular game series Final Fantasy.

One Manga has been listed #935 in Google's 1000 most-visited sites, which sourced its data in May of this year. It states that One Manga received 4.2 million unique visitors and 1.1 billion page views that month.

So is this the end of One Manga? Unlikely. Though the site will no longer offer visitors the translated scans which made them so popular, they do already have a thriving community forum with over 100,000 members. They are also ranked very highly in many google search results, which offers massive potential to develop a site aimed at the same target audience.

Baby Steps Manga

Maruo Eiichirou is a honor student who is called as ‘all A student’ since in elementary school. Now, he is called E-chan from his school and he is 15 years old. He is a perfectionist who doesn’t allow any mistake or off the book.The heroine is Takazaki Natsu who is quite cute and energetic girl. She accidently know Maruo by borrowing his history book for reference. Her first thought about Maruo is that he is weird (>.<) and total freak. But, soon she changes her mind as the story move on.

Maruo was forced by his mother to check on tennis center since he said he want to exercise a little bit. There he meet Natsu and try first hand the tennis center training. At first, he hesitated to enter but when he heard that Natsu enjoy playing tennis, he beginning to question on why he study so hard; is it fun? Is it important?

So, he decided to try and join the tennis center and thus begin the journey to become a pro tennis player.
